The freezing nightime temperatures have kept the snow around,So yesterday i spent a couple of hours with the waxwings again, This time they had some eastern bluebirds and robins as welcome guests, The action was thick and fast and i shot loads until the light got too harsh
Excellent image Dave. The catch light really helps bring the eye out from the blacks. I love the subtle matching colours with the BG and head. Worth the hours in my book !
Hi Barrie
We have year round bald eagles-not many and mainly juvenilles,The winter brings a good head of adults down especially around the coast areas-just waiting now for the ospreys to start nesting
