Thought I'd report my recent experience with West Coast Imaging today. I've had an itch to have them do one of my waterfall images printed on their super gloss paper - the print, (16x22 approx), looks incredible.... I've been extremely happy with their work, and can't wait to frame this one up with my new color mat choice I made recently..
I just got a 16x20 done from their sister company--Aspen Creek. Didn't disappoint, print was absolutely gorgeous.

They accidentally sent me someone else's work. It was very nice.
I don't use them mostly for odd sized prints. They do a great job but they don't make any of my bad stuff look better. I learned about proofing the hard way, they proof too though.
As for them being expensive, you should get on their email list. They have so many bad economy deals all the time. When they get busy it sure takes some time to get your prints.
They have a 25% off sale running from today through the weekend. I use them for B/W prints on Silver Rag paper, they are really beautiful. I'm pleased with the color prints I get from Aspen Creek too. You'll be impressed at how carefully WCI packs your work for shipment.
I have been a customer of WCI for a long time and use their Exhibition Print service for prints larger than 13X19. The quality and consistency of their scans and prints, and their customer service is beyond any reproach.
Having them run a proof is money well spent! You can mark it up with what you need done, and they will do it. If they can't for some reason, they will contact you either by phone or e-mail.
WCI wants you to be satisfied. I know I have been.
