Very nice. Lovely background. Looks a teeny bit flat on my screen, so perhaps a slight boost in contrast? I like the amount of space around the bird, but the composition is a little central for me. Nice head turn and good catchlight. A lovely shot.

Agree with Dawna comments, I would crop it to the end of the broken branch and decentralise the bird
