Fallen Soldier (The Desert Blooms)
This is from last Sunday in the northern Mojave desert. I travel through this area a lot and it seems to have gotten a fair amount of rain this season. These little flowers all opened up at sunset. I'm not really happy with the web version, but thought I would post it anyway.

An extremely interesting perspective here, Rudy. I like this for its overall unique view. The sky has a tendency at first to almost look like water from this angle of view and the general color. :smile:
