Too much sand this winter, not enough ice!
I went on a little hike to visit my favorite frozen cascades (now melting) at Green Mountain Falls yesterday. The cascades were totally stunning. Here's a sampler, more at ESS!
All very nice, Stan. Something about #2 is really appealing to me, though I can't put my finger on why. Maybe something to do with the juxtaposition of solid, liquid and in-between textures. I dig the psychedelia of #3. The blues are pretty electric, but they work in something this abstract. #1 and #5 are sweet too!

Except for the last one, I really like all of these. #2 is a really nice scene. I like #3 a lot, although the oof portion at the bottom is a bit distracting.
The best thing about this post is that it's not multiple images of the same thing. You've really changed it up nicely.

Good stuff! I'm envious that you seem to be getting out so much lately!
Very nice set there stan. I like 4 and would like to have a little more DOF. Small nit really.

Cool stuff (pardon the pun)! I really, really like #s 1, 3 and 4.

#2 and #6 don't do much for me, but #3 and #4 are great! Is this the waterfall at the beginning of the Catamount trail (named, I think, Catamount Falls), near the town of Green Mountain Falls? I've know of the town but haven't heard of a waterfall called Green Mountain Falls.
Edit: nevermind, looks like you identified these as Crystal and Catamount.

Great collection, Stan! Hard to pic a fav - but there is something about #5 that I really like. You're inspiring me to get back out this weekend...can't wait to play!

Real nice to see that stuff again, especially #'s1, 4 & 5.
Real glad you were able to take such good advantage of what ice is left.
