The annual march of the Sandhill Cranes
to Eckert has begun.

They were flying north over New Mexico several weeks ago. About mid Feb. Seemed kinda early but its been a warm winter.

I was at Bosque on the 1st March on my way to Tucson and saw about 20 cranes, all the rest had gone on vacation. About 4 snow geese too were left.
