Hi,
Was out on the cold snowblown plains of the Pawnee Grasslands a couple
weeks ago. Saw this lonely sage brush dug into the rock. Made me think
about how hard life is out there. And how much spirit it takes to
survive.
Real fine composition and light.
The dark background works well in isolating the primary elements.
The yellow tips of the sage are eye catching. This shows the tenacity of these plants out there very, very well!
Is this a partial b&w and color image?

Your processing certainly makes the point. Well done.
I also assume this is a BW / color combo.

This is very nice Jeremy, the B&W/Colour combo and black bg really make the main elements stand out.

Real nice. Wouldn't mind seeing the all-color version, too.
