Very nice and a different perspective then the usual. Too bad those trees are in the way.

Yea, this also is nice - a bit more private with the falls thru the trees. This is a shot that wouldn't work in spring with all the leafs on the trees... perfect time for this shot.
Grats on the new perspective. I like this quite a lot....and yes, it is tough to get down that stream. No problems in the shot.....so well done to you!

Ned, I've really been liking this series you've been posting. It's been making me think more on how I would have set up the comp if I were there, meaning I would probably be very unsure, and so I've learned quite a bit in studying your edges and the flow in the shots, which to me, are spot on. No need to mention the color tones (hues and luminance) and water blur level, you've obviously nailed that!

I like the three-step effect here. Again, so nice to see the greens this time of year.

This was an interesting spot to navigate to.. I was on a big boulder, surrounded by water.. and it was pouring! Had to work with a towel to wipe droplets and a small umbrella.. it was fun! Thanks for the comments!

The trees in front of the falls don't bother me at all. The forground is the main focal point IMHO. Well done shot Ned!!

This is a nice one too, although I do much prefer your first post. This one is a bit busier and I don't find the added subjects terribly appealing. It is a stellar composition as always ! THis one might be great in a month or so when the rest of the frame is more lush.
I like the flow of this one Ned, sort of a stair step effect. I don't mind the trees partially obscuring the upper falls, they help give it some depth.
