Mark has again graciously agreed to hold a workshop, provided we can get at least 10 people to commit. I'm working on getting location and date information, and as soon as I know more, I'll post it here. Since last time we tried to host it somewhere outside the Portland area, and we did not receive enough responses, I think it makes sense to try a more central location this go around. I was thinking Mt. Hood CC would be fun, but it's important to pick a place that gives us the best chance of a decent sized number of participants. I have a couple of leads for places that I'm following up on. Stay tuned for more information in the next few days.

Looking forward to hearing more. Thanks Jay for your efforts (and Mark for his offer)

FYI,

The ONLY thing preventing me from participating is if the date falls on a weekend I work. I work every other weekend, so would it be possible to post a preferred date and an alternate (i.e. one that I could attend)?

Thanks for carrying this on! :wavey:

There are certain times when I won't be able to attend, but I don't want to affect your planning, so I will sit quiet, and if the time is published then I will see if I can come.

I should be able to attend any weekend after the 6th of april except the weekend of the 25th of april.

we could rent a room at the kennedy school (NE portland) - all we need to do is spend $300 on food and bev so if we get close to 30 folks, all we do is buy lunch and a couple of beers each.....

or if its only 10-15 people I'd me happy to rent out my front room/dining room for free! I live in Irvington which is NE Portland.
