Happy to report that spring has officially arrived--though the dusting of snow this morning might argue the point. The skunk cabbages and snowdrops have been up for a while, the crocuses are opening and the daffodils are pushing up through the leaves. Birds are filling the trees, actively preparing their nests. I witnesses our red-shouldered hawk pair mating the other day. No photos (adult discretion advised).

Thanks to everyone who contributed images for the spring banner. As usual there were far too many fine images to choose from. Keep up the great work.

Cheers,
Chuck
