Second Home I Can Afford
I finally found a vacation home I can afford. It has a wonderful view of the Merced river and is quite cozy. I should be opening escrow as soon as I can land some financing.

Everyone will be welcome to stay in the guest corner.

great image Harley! I especially like the green tones on the siding. Looks like you'll have your hands full w/renovations!

Better have a geologist look at it first. The foundation looks a little unstable. Cool shot.

Looking forward to a visit, Harley. The abode appears to be well ventilated.

Harley,
Nice shot. Is this a fixer-upper? Or are you planning a long term residence? Best Regards.

I like the central air conditioning. I hope you can get AIG to insure it.

OMG, how nice to see a full 4x5 capture of Jeb Clampett's old place before he, Ellie Mae, Jethro, and grandma all moved to Beverly Hills, don't ya know.
All joking aside, you have a knack for capturing these old buildings very nicely. Similar to your work out at Bodie last fall.

Love it Harley! The color combo of the greens and blue-greens is wonderful. Looks like a good candidate for b&w as well. Perhaps you did get this in b&w, or was this one of those where the dark slide..... oh, sorry. :-)

I just love the details and colors of this abandoned little shack.

Hey, I'll go in halvsies with you - we could rent it out to NPN members for workshops! :-)

I'll take anyplace on the Merced River canyon. No flowers from the weekend?

Great colors, especially the paint job.
That is about all I can afford after moving to Monterey from CO. :jump:

haha, nice one. Doesn't look like it'll be around too much longer... unless you move in
