I agree. The morning light really brings out the blue in the waves and makes the clouds look ominous. Very nice job.

I like this one David, but I feel like the bottom vignetting is a little too noticeable. Maybe it's just a web conversion thing.
The composition of the highlighted cloud, and the more open wave at left is effective.

The sky has a real ominous look... well reflected in the foreground water...
Really beautiful light creates quite a contrast with sunny and stormy all at once. Love it. And the blue in the waves is a nice surprise. Good shot.

The contrast between the sky and waves is very appealing. My only nit is that the blue looks slightly over saturated, but I'm currently on a crappy monitor so take that into account.

thanks for the comments. I do see the vignetting and it wasn't noticeable on my monitor. The blueness/saturation was on purpose (but I did try to tone it down.) There is a saturation adjustment layer used to bring out the color.

Very nice image, David. I'll echo the remarks regarding the vignetting. The blue water, while quite saturated, is just quite beautiful and is plausible enough considering the quality of the light.
