Very nice pose. They are charming little creatures aren't they. It's a great shame how they've declined from over a 100 known sites in the county 10 years ago to around 10 sites now (I assume the site is somewhere in Staffordshire?)
The picture it self I like but I feel the processing is all wrong. It looks as though you have pushed the USM to much, and there is a out of focused area in front of the Water Voles nose that does not match the rest of the area.
A nice image and well worth another go a processing.
