Hi All,
First of all thank-you for all the comments on my first post, it's greatly appreciated.
Yesterday I went back to my local Hare spot. I was laid in the middle of the field watching two others, when this one approached me and gave me that inquisitive look! I've got a few more, but this one seemed to "jump out" to me most.
Canon EOS 30D
Canon 300 mm f/4.0L +1.4x TC
ISO 100, 1/320's @ f/5.6 (I was aiming for f/8.0+ but this was very unexpected!)
Any comments and/or critique would, again, be greatly appreciated,
Lovely portrait Craig. Its always difficult with the sky/background creating 'banding' but you need to be a pretty stern critic to complain about that. I'm not - its outdoors, and looks fine. Nice low viewpoint too, and most important the eye is razor sharp - which is always an important thing. There's an impressive Arnie Schwartzenhare quality to the pose too which adds a lovely humorous edge to the overal effect. Very nice indeed.
