Now they only need to get the spare batteries!

Christopher, they do get them every other day or so, and the average "in stock" time on the site is about an hour.
I used NowInStock.net to alert me and got mine at Amazon, but that site will alert you for an in-stock status for most major dealers online. BTW, when Amazon gets them in stock they ARE the standard price. The third-party dealers on Amazon are charging over list price which is not super nice, but the real Amazon price is what it should be (and free shipping!).

Scott, I ordered a spare battery from AbesOfMaine.com even though they said "on order", and it shipped in two days. Just get that order in and it'll come... the dealers are still filling the advanced orders before giving the "in stock" siren on their websites.

I picked up my mk2 the other day, called my local shop North Tampa Photography, they had 3 in stock and held one until I could get there. They said they sell one every few days. Now the batteries are a different story.
