Flatirons today
Nothin' fancy, clearing storm and Flatirons above S. Boulder Creek.

I spent the morning in Eldorado Cyn. trying to make small cascade shots, but didn't get what I was looking for. I made this image on my way out. The Eldo Springs area has about 2' of fresh snow, maybe more - thigh deep on a short photographer.

A great morning to be out!

I was also thinking about El Dorado Cyn this morning, but shoveling the driveway was a bigger chore than expected.

Looks beautiful Dave (tho it needs sharpening badly). I hope to get some local pics at sunset today.

Yeah, that's pretty stinkin' good! Love the warm band of trees and the cool blue sky separated by white.

Wow! Did you ever do the right thing by going here! Great shot, man!

Really great! I like that it's not your typical Flatirons shot.

Love the combination of the fresh snow, cloud bank, and blue sky, all in one comp! Good choice on location!
