Appalachia Restoration Act introduced into Senate Wednesday, March 25 by coal state Senators Lamar Alexandar and Ben Cardin.

I'm shocked that Lamar ever co-introduced this act. I just hope that it passes!

Great news! Especially after seeing that the EPA is NOT blocking permits as first reported.

Thanks for the update.

Jerry,

Beat ya to it, check four posts down! It's grand news no matter who posts it, and if it passes, worth a double or triple post.
