Chipping Sparrow in a classic pose. Keys to ID are the white superciliam above the eyes, gray patch in the nape of the neck and notch in the longish tail.

40D, 700mm, f7.1, 1/200s, ISO 640, flash w/beamer, cropped.

You get the full effect of the patterns and coloration of this Chipping Sparrow in this presentation Daniel. Nice work.
