Reed Bunting
Nothing out of the ordinary,a nice simple male Reed Bunting portrait, lots out and about today displaying at my local RSPB reserve at Otmoor.
White nape was difficult to control, lost a little bit in web conversion.

Nikon D300,500f4afs/2,TC14E 1.4X,ISO 400,1/250TH F8,GITZO,STALKED.

Cheers

Nice one Craig. If you have more on the left, I would be inclined to add some to de-centralise the bird a little. You could then crop a little tighter if you wished.

Looks great as it is and nothing ordinary about this one. A spanking looking bird!
