A few minutes from your house? NICE! What is the name of the falls?

Thanks guys, I dont think the falls has a name. It is on Hill Creek in Jasper ,Oregon. This is where it meets the Middle Fork Willamette River. I think a waterfall has to be 13' or higher to be classed as a falls in Oregon. This one is only about 7 or 8' high..Still a nice little local spot for me to shoot though

Love the falls and the angle you took Andrew to create a leading line. The trees are a bit distorted from the wide-angle, but that's a minor nit.

Welcome to the Forum, Andrew. Your shot is a pleasure to view and is nicely done. I do see a magenta cast to the clouds, however. Also, the trees on the R are tilting out of the frame and you've got enough on that side to easily correct it.

Welcome, Andrew. Thanks for posting. The composition here is very effective and the exposure well handled. I do agree the sky could use a small shift away from magenta. The tree tilt from the wide angle is unavoidable and doesn't bother me a bit.

Thanks for all the welcomes and feedback everyone..

The sky really had a magenta hue this morning...Maybe I should turn it down a bit though..

Andrew,
Welcome to the forum. I would love to see your image again so I could comment on it. For some reason, I can't view it on my computer.

Aside from the magenta cast in the sky, this is fantastic. The stepping of the rock plates really draws you in.
