Oak tree at dawn
Hi All

I was out looking for hares when I came across this. As I made the image 3 other togs passed the shot - I guess we all see potential for images differently.

I could have produced a HDR image to retain more detail in the tree trunk but I liked it as is.

C&C welcomed

Cheers,
Chris

Certainly looks to be a majestic ancient Oak... Like it I think it would have lost impact had you retained detail in the trunk....

Glad you didn't pass this one by Chris. I'd agree that the tree looks just fine in silhouette and its a lovely image. :toast:

Like this a lot, particularly the righthand side, I'd crop off some of the lefthand side. Great tree and well manered sheep.

Very nice indeed. Atmospheric and evocative. Chris didn't clone out the sheep because he's not got enough RAM and anyway you'd need the latest version of Photosheep.....

Danny/John - they were already cloned, they came out of the same batch as Dolly!

Excellent shot Chris, perhaps worth seeing an HDR just for curiosity sake?
