Smoke on the water
This is a 4 shot HDR from a couple weeks ago, taken at the Washington County State Fishing Lake. Just missed a large section of prairie that had been burned off, but the fire was still smoldering in a few places at the edge of the lake.

And a tighter shot of the tree trunks and the smoke. Wish I would have been here when the fire was really going.

Scott, I see the "smoke on the water" but where is the "fire in the sky"? :biggrin: These look pretty nice but I wish they were bigger (720 pixel on longest side) so that I could explore them closer. Thanks for sharing! :smile:

Sounds like that might make a good rock song. An interesting shot Scott.
