I'm retooling my Nikon outfit, to better suit my D2x that I've fallen in love with, and selling some NICE glass - overkill lenses for DX. My virtually new 14-24mm and the 80-200 2.8 ED lenses are available. See details here:

At the same time, I'm adding large format to my arsenal. I'd be interesting in hearing from anyone who wants to dump old LF gear. I'm also looking for the Tokina 12-24mm DXII and Nikon 70-300mm VR (sharp copies).

Thanks!

Jesse,

I might have some 4x5 coming up one of these days soon. As for a wide angle for your D2x, it is rumored that nikon is coming out with a 10-24mm Dx lens.

Could be they will annouce it on the 14th - or not. You never know about these rumors.

I hope it's true George. It certainly makes sense. Thanks for the tip.

Keep me posted on the 4x5 stuff.

Man, you are all over the place with your gear! Photographic A.D.D.? Hahahahaa....

Yeah, something like that Jack!

Still slowly wading out of the digital megapixel rat race. I had no clue I'd like the D2x so much. And honestly, anything above 12MP is highly overrated right now - in my experience. At least for today's prices.

Between my pinhole, Holga, dSLR and new 4x5, I should be able to kick the A.D.D.

That's hysterical ~ Jack calls it Photo ADD!

I'd seriously consider the Nikon 12-24mm. It's considered by many to be the sharpest lens made for DX format. I won't sell you mine, but am happy to help with a little more confusion.

I was wondering if you were going to stick with the 14-24mm on a DX sensor. I'll second Dave's suggestion - the 12-24mm is a crisp lens and the one I use most on my D2X. Using a Cokin holder with grads is tricky at the wide end, so I usually handhold. But that's my only nit.

Really looking forward to seeing some LF stuff from you.

I think Jack recognized the Photo ADD from 1st hand experience... :jump:  :jump:

George, If you happen to have a Fuji 400T for sale, I'm looking for one.

I wish I could afford to take those lenses off your hands! My D90 is in need of a new lens or two to play with. But I do well with the DX 18-105MM VR and the Other DX Lenses I have. I want the 400mm 2.8 VR as well

Thanks for the wide angle recommendation guys.

I picked up a Chamonix 45n-1. It's been almost 20 years since I last used large format. It's like riding a bike right?

Hey George, If you are unloading LF gear, I'm starting to look for a WA lens in the 60-90mm range.

Good talking to you, Jesse!

Jesse, have fun with your new "Sham-wow" camera!! Not quite vintage gear, but I think George Stocking had some LF lenses posted in the NPN classifieds.

Thanks John. Sham-wow, that's great.

Both lenses are sold. Thanks!
