Hows your Canon 1Dmk111 ( post op )

Hi to all,

I was wondering if those who have received their camera's back from Canon, for the recalibration of the outer focus points, have noticed any improvement, I received mine back on thursday but havn't had the time to check it out yet, pre adjust it was terrible on low contrast subjects and most of the time would lock on to the background and wouldn't let go, even if you tried to reaquire focus.

I've got a 1D Mark3. I sent it in for the AF fix last year. I hadn't heard about this 'recalibration of the outer focus points' issue before and I haven't experienced what you describe. Have I just not been paying attention?
