Running Hare
Just when you thought all the hares had gone .Sorry guys another hare shot.
D3
sigma 500mm
1/500th ,F5.6
ISO 400
cropped image about 30% off .

Taken again in 'my ' crucified field near my home. Can't these coursers learn ? If they keep turning up I'll keep shoppin' them. Thanks again to Ray the game keeper who's doing a wonderful but thankless task .Number plates are easily read at 300 yards on a 500mm.
C/C's welcome as always.
Thanking you in advance ,Mark

Really nice Mark. Good low POV and captured mid gallop and the light looks as though it was good for you as well. :toast:

Lovely capture, Mark. Nice to know you can work with the local gamekeeper to help protect them.

Excellent, well timed, great composition. Not been doing too well with my local hares recently, they've been disturbed by shooting (of rabbits) in the surrounding area. Some still sticking it out though. Thankfully no coursing. Well done on 'shoppin' them!

Great shot, freezing the action at that particular pose is wicked. It looks like it's racing along like a kangaroo. The depth of field is excellent a really good point to shoot from it seems and a nice story coupling their conservation.

Great shot, Mark. I'm working on a hare project myself this month and if I get a few shots as good as this I'll be well chuffed.

Hello Mark.

Excellent capture and feel to this.

I like it as is, but find Tims idea of a pane would also work very well.
