Nice and sharp, great posture :toast:

May just be me being over critical, but my only nit is that it is a bit too tight in the frame for my liking. Iis this a crop, if so try giving it about 1/2" expansion all around and then resize down - I think it just needs some more sky to fly in

Wow, what a treat, good of it to say "hi" right at the right moment.

Lovely shot, great detail, pose and calling too! My only thought is the white background could be better, but actually it does set the bird off quite well. Perhaps a thin border would benefit to 'contain' the image?

Great shot, well timed. :toast:

Its a great shot, two nits for me, I agree with Mike about the tightness of the shot, and there appears (on my monitor) to be a white halo around the bird. I'm more than prepared to accept it's my monitor, its a great shot though, well done.

Beautiful shot of a superb bird in a great pose - calling too! I like the tight crop, as any looser would mean the head would be even smaller. On a technical note,is anyone else seeing some faint white "ghosting" around the wings, especially the bottom one? It's not a halo as in oversharpening, but it is something I see quite often on my own and other images, and I don't know why it happens (maybe my eyesight of course). It's more noticable when I look at a different part of the image.

It`s a nice shot, and the open bill really brings it to life, but I do see the halo Ian mentions!

Very nice could do with a bit less contrast.

Nice sharp image and well timed , agree with nits above ,there is a halo around the bird and an eye dropper test plus with a levels adjustment it clearly shows up.
