What an incredible image, Daniel! Very sharp, well-composed, and the light and position is as good as it gets. Bokeh is very nice to boot. Definitely one of your best, I think.
WOW - - The comp is great for highlighting the birds and the greens all around compliments the green on their beaks. I like the display of light feathers down the side of the closest bird. Another awesome shot.

What a great capture. This is in a class of its own.

Sharp, sweet lighting, great color!!!
Before printing big, I would lightly run through this through a good Noise Reduction plugin (Dfine or Noise Ninja) and a good enlarger (Genuine Fractals or CS4 upscale).
great shot Daniel, I like the matching poses and the tree frames the birds well

Daniel, this has so much going for it I'm not sure where to start. The framing provided by the tree branches is very good. I like green & gold combination providing the canvas for the white Egrets and the green & golds are repeated in their beaks. Nice feather detail and great pose (I even like your title).
I find myself wishing for a bit more brightness in the whites but the cool blues tell me this is perfectly exposed (since they are in shadow). Now I just have one question.
With all the great avain work you've been producing lately, you're not thinking of giving up your day job are you?
Image is a bit noisy due to high iso used early in the morning. I should have turned it down to 400 or so and gotten cleaner images. I toned down the whites a bit as they tend to be very hot.
Cannot give up my day job . . . have a funeral to conduct Wednesday.
I do hope to get back in the wild again this Friday and Saturday, my usual days off.
