Little Owl in Hollow (c) Repost
Took this the other day, when I uploaded this the other day it did look very blue, this i put down to getting used to the D3 & very lazy processing.

Here's the shot again but am I right it looks a bit yellow cast this time round, I think my eyes are getting worse nowadays

If anyone wishes to have another go at this, please feel free.

Comments appreciated

Does look slightly yellow, although that may have been the hue of the light at the time. Cracking shot, anyway!

I've been working nights recently and as a result my body clock is wrecked, so i'm sat here bored drugged up on red bull. Thought i'd have a 5 min blast in photoshop and do a repost.. Just changed colour balance and levels of the rgb channels seperatley.

Vince your red and green channels were pretty well clipped both ends except blue channel, I just equalised blue channel at whites to match the green channel with a colour pick off the brighter chest feathers (left red C alone as already clipped). Black end in eye and hole darkness are already 0,0,0

Thanks for the replies & thanks Mike for the advice on the colour balance to give the correct colours.
