NPN is now listed in the top 100 photo sites on Web100.com. The list was recently featured on USA Today. Listed number 76 on the list, here's what they had to say about NPN.

Cool beans, don't you think?

Quite an accomplishment Jim - both for you and for NPN'ers in general. "Cool beans" is right!

JIm, I'll throw in my congrats here too! Accomplishments like this are founded in a lot of behind the scenes hard work. Well deserved recognition for all you do and NPN! :toast:

Jim,

Congrats to everyone that made this possible. I believe we should be higher in the poll. I haven't heard of half the sites. We are definitely number one in the nature photography sites.

I love NPN. It is my favorite site. I personally would put NPN #2 on that list behind Yahoo but 76 is good enough. :toast:

Its interesting that there are no other 'strictly' nature photography sites in the top 100. Guess that makes us #1
Posted by Richard Bernabe on April 13, 2009 at 8:24 AM
Exactly, Stan. There are no other nature photography sites in the top 100, so that DOES make us number one in our genre! :toast:

Jim, I just saw this thread. Congratulations and keep up the great work!! I also think it is interesting that NPN is the only nature photography site listed in the top 100. That is really an accomplishment since all the other sites are general photography sites. NPN is certainly my top one. Thanks for making it such a great site!

Awesome, I knew I picked a good group of people to hang out with. Good job to all that made this happen. Obviously way before I got involved. I can't stay away from this sight and it seems that is the case with many other people.
