Hi all,
A Skylark from County Kerry last week (fantastic place!). I was very pleased to catch one perched in the open for a change, even with fairly dull lighting.
Advice / critique most welcome.
Thanks for looking,
Lewis.

Nice shot lewis, unusual bird not often seen on this forum. Look forward to seeing more on your website.

I think the lighting suits the subject very well. A lovely shot.

A shot to be proud of Lewis, it certainly ticks all my boxes - lovely light and comp
A very nice image and good to get such a clear view of the bird. I like the two-tone background, with the lighter portion showing the raised crest off really well.

Very well done Lewis. Point a camera at one of these and there usually gone.
