I'll be in Moab to do some shooting in Canyonlands and the surrounding area the weekend of April 17th. If anyone is going to be there and would like someone to shoot with, drop me a line.
I've got a few specific places on my "must shoot" list for the weekend, but other than that, I'm open to suggestions/recommendations.

And if officer Edge is reading this, the Chevy with Colorado firefighter plates and a RMNP sticker on the trunk belongs to one of the good guys!

Bob, My wife and I just returned to the UK from a photographic mission to Moab and the surrounding area (well GC, MV and Moab) - second time in two years as we love it so much. The weather was just picking up again after the snow fall around the beginning of the month and the National Parks were really quiet. Pity was that I dropped my D300 + lens when we got back to BW Canyonlands Inn one evening - both still work but I need a new hot shoe and a thorough check over before heading out again - don't you just hate when that happens. I'll post some photos shortly. Enjoy your trip!

Well, crap...
I planned this trip months in advance. Reserved a motel room, took an extra day off from work, plotted out the places I wanted to shoot...and then a large storm!
Roads are slick, cars a sliding off all over the place, chain laws in effect, blah blah blah.
Well, maybe in a few weeks!
