As taken yesterday with a Canon 40D 100-400mm L lens over in Shropshire. Fantastic birds to watch, though tricky to photograph.

Good effort Pete on a difficult subject.
Getting near enough is something but perhaps you would do your image more justice if you posted it larger.

Hi Pete,
Having watched my local pair for 3 hours this morning I can relate to how difficult these are to get images of!! A good effort and as Major suggests a bit bigger and some more sharpening for me.
