Great Crested Grebe with fish
I have a couple in the series with another with the Grebes head back and just the tail sticking out his mouth and a big lump in his throat. I'm not up on my fish so thought someone could I.D. it for me from this photo?

Odd lighting as the sun had cleared from the clouds behind me lighting the Grebe up but the water was still reflecting cloudy skies directly overhead.

Great shot Richard and from the stripes down its flank it looks like a perch.

Nice shot, some behaviour shown and aesthetically pleasing as well! I like the contrast of warm and cool tones.
