I've been reviewing my archives to try and print a new set of black and white prints and came across this one which I quite like. Toned with a simple orange layer. Perhaps needs a tighter crop to remove the sunrise/tree line

really like this, would make a great print, i do find the reflection a bit unfortunate though

I actually quite liked the fun element of the reflection, like a "hand" shadow from days of projecting one's slides......

I think your suggestion of cropping off the tree line would work well here giving the full attention to the bird and the sun dappled water. :cool:
