Yet more redbud
This one is a little different, and yes it is a setup. I was inspired by a photo Tim E. did some years back of Dogwood berries.

Let me know what you think.

Very enjoyable to look at, Bruce, set up or otherwise. I've often seen big piles of spent redbud blossoms after a heavy rain this time of year, and have always wanted to find a pleasing composition. I'd say you did pretty well. Although, the right half seems to be lacking much interest, and feels a bit unbalanced - just not a lot there to lead my eye through the frame. Thanks for sharing.

I like the range of colors here Bruce. The dominent pinks contast nicely with the earth tones and dark colors of the rock. I like the idea here but I think this would be stronger if the petals were a little more evenly distributed creating patterns for the eyes to wander through. Thanks for sharing.

Ok, that's two for two. How about this crop, any improvement?

I think this does look better, Bruce. I'm starting to see some detail in the blossoms and lichen, which makes it more interesting to study.
