This image was taken in November of 2006 in Rocky Mountain National Park. I treked out into the Moraine on a windy pre-dawn morning and shot the moonset over the mountains. I remember that the Park Ranger was very interested in my parked car that was seemingly deserted.
Really excellent composition Wayne. The processing looks completely natural which is amazing considering the moon and mountain highlights.
Great job!

I would say another one of your classic shots Wayne. Very lovely. You found a wonderful spot to capture the the "Moonset Over The Moraine". I really like the look of the grasses as they cushion the streams edges. A wonderful look all around.

Exposure must have been something of a bear on this one. You balanced things out very nicely. Makes me wish I were there . . . with a big coat on of course!
