Hi Ray,

Nice clean sharp image, added bonus of the food in the beak. Will you be jetting off to Lesvos soon??

Regards

Rob

Rob

Re Lesvos, I should be there now. But the credit crunch has struck. I’ve been made redundant as of this Tuesday, and that effectively means retirement. But I expected that. But it is due to the position other members of my family find themselves in meant that I’ve had to rethink things, as I and my wife, will have to give them financial support. But that’s life, perhaps next year.

But I do know where there is an apartment going free. On the plus side, I hope to be building a couple of stations soon, with sunken hides overlooking water etc., so it’s not all bad.

Thanks Pete for the ID, I was wondering what was in its bill.

Thanks for the comments.

Thats a nice one and I imagine typical habitat for this species... I guess on the plus side it gives you plenty of time for photography now, believe it or not I hope it all works out for you..

Best

Phil
