Help Me Destroy Erik Stensland!!!

I now have a business page on Facebook and I've just realized that some obscure photographer in Estes Park named Erik Stanslend (or something) somehow has 100+ more fans than me. I've challenged Erik to a race to 1,000 fans. I realize it's dangerous to post here, as I know Erik is (for whatever reason) quite popular on RMNP. So I'm going to offset his popularity by donating $100 to the Nature Conservancy of Colorado when I beat him and reach 1,000 fans first. And since I'm determined not just to beat him but destroy him, I will be donating $1,000 when I beat him to 10,000 fans. So help me out and become a fan at:

If you don't currently have a Facebook account, you can get one for free (heck, even use a fake name if you don't want to join for real and get lots of friend requests).

And if for some odd reason, you're currently a fan of Erik, be sure to go to his page and click "Remove me from fans." :jump:

Well Grant, you are on! I can see the manipulation here. Is that a sign of insecurity? Let's level the playing field and let the best photographer win. Alright, if you guys sign up for my Artist Page and help me beat Mr. "No Shower Collier" to 1k or even 10k members I will donate an equal amount to Global Business Assist which helps provide micro-loans to some of the world's poorest enabling them to become self-sufficient. I've worked with them over the years and they are making a real difference in the lives of people who are often neglected. Who knows whether Grant would actually even donate if he won, I will.

Here's the link to sign-up for the right team!

Wow, this is tough. I'm familiar with Global Business assist and I think it's great for those who need help getting started or back on their feet. I just looked at the link and it's hard to turn you back on those less fortunate. On the other hand, Nature Conservancy is a great Organization too. I hope it turns out to be a tie then you both can donate!

Yes, Erik did put a period at the end of my link! He's already getting despearate. I've fixed it that.

That is a generous offer Erik, and I'm sure it's a good cause. But remember the saying "Think Globally. Act Locally!" Support Colorado!

I'm impressed with the videos on your page Grant...did you make them yourself and what software did you use? Also, what is the cost for a business page on Facebook?

Jack, I just used Windows Movie Maker to create the movies. If you have a PC, it's probably pre-installed on your computer. I've also used Final Cut Pro for other videos (not currently posted on that site). Final Cut is what a lot of video professionals use, but unless you really know what you're doing (which I don't), your results won't be much better than with Movie Maker. And Movie Maker a really simple program to learn how to use. Getting a business page on Facebook is free (other than the fact that you're selling your soul by adding to the Facebook hysteria ).

I've already drawn 3 fans closer to Erik! So, Erik, if you're having nightmares of an unstoppable leviathan creeping up behind you, that's what that is! :jump:

Who are Grant Collier and Erik Stensland?

Are they special?

I thought about flipping a coin, but then I just fanned you both. Grant, you better start paying people ... judging by the numbers so far.

Nah, Jesse, I gave Erik a four month head start, as I didn't join until last month. If I was going up against a famous and talented photographer like you, I'd be worried. But I'm just toying with Erik.
