Hi all,
Found this little guy wandering about my garden at the weekend. Seems fit and active, just very very hungry. Would have liked him to raise his nose up a bit, but he was too busy chomping on the food I put in front of him. Found him again this afternoon, but much later and he was more active, so hopefully after a couple of good meals he'll be fine!

Nice shot Dawn, I like all the OOF grass surrounding the little mite, I think a little fill flash would have helped illuminate the face as the eye is kind of lost in the shadows, no big deal though.

Agree with Andy the eye is all too important here and its a little lost in the darkness there. Nice image and DOF is bang on , love the mush.
Not quite working for me... most of the elements are there it is just that the face is not clear enough....
I'm sure if he's a regular visitor then the images will only get better and better and I look forward to seeing the results.

Yes nice shot which would certainly be improved with some detail in the eye area. You should get more chances.

Shame about the light on the face Dawn but when these get foraging they dont hang about anyway so the pressure is always on.
I was dead lucky with mine and got him rooting around some pots as well.

Thanks all, I must be sitting too high at my monitor as I could see the details around the eye, but if I duck down a bit I see what you mean. Darn.... I'll go see if he's out this evening....
