The Arrival
A select cluster of bluebells begin to emerge at a local woods near my home.
Cant wait for the explosion  Trying to redeem myself from the last image

p.s.
Anyway, Tom Robbins to answer your last inq. check out ess(time to reflect) same location as the one you where wondering about. The location is actually closer to Buffalo Rock
I just knew the ess community wouldnt know the specifics so I generalized the area.
Was also at S. Rock this past weekend.

I like the isolation of these flowers. The three in focus make for a nice cluster. It would be nice if you had completely blurred the BG to really make the flowers pop, but it still works as a nice spring blossom pic.

I like it but I wonder if it would be better if you cropped a bit off the bottom.

These guys are a few days from popping here. Can't wait. You did a beautiful job of capturing them.

Ah, bluebells--very nice close-up. They certainly do make intriguing subjects. I'll surely miss them at Illinois Canyon this year, but I was lucky enough to find some very nice stands of bluebells at Big Walnut Preserve in central Indiana this week.
