Hi a college at work has given me first dibs at this camera body which he is selling at a very good price, and i am sort of interested, i know its not the latest and greatest, is anyone on here still activily using one of these for there wildlife photography.

I did hear a rumour that they were good for macro work.

Cheers

Hi Mark

I am still using mine and i must say i love it, at first i thought it wasnt the best but with a few tweaks and setting adjustments its a great body....... Mr Astbury is a man worth speaking to about this! he set mine up. Noise above ISO 200 can sometimes be a problem but with proper exposure and post editing i can shoot up to 800 now and not see to much

Hope this helps

If you dont buy it let me know as i might!!!

sorry about this Mark

OI Bate, update your blog

D2xs, great camera at less than 200 asa, seems a bit dated compared to the newer cameras, but having said that there are lots of people on here who produce the goods, the two Andy's for example

Its a quality pro camera, fast in operation, and is useable below ISO400 and with care ISO800.
