Has anyone used this set-up to hold lage telephoto on a safari mounted to a vehicle?
I am talking about WH-200 Wimberley Head Version II + Kirk WM-2 Multi-Purpose Window Mount.
During my last trip I felt that the beanbag was difficult for panning shots and handholding a 600MM was not an option.
If you used it or heard about others using it - please let me know if this set-up is usable and strong/balanced enough to hold a 600mm lens.
Thanks guys!

I've used the Kirk Window mount with a large ballhead with a 600mm. It worked great but I never used it with a Wimberley.
