Hi,

I have been spending some time with our local pheasants in amongst other things, mainly after action images, however Peter Cairns image of a greylag inspired me to go out and get a similar (plagarise) image....

Thanks for being inspirational Pete...

All the best

Phil

Works very very well for me! Love the way the Pheasant colours help it stand out amongst all that green OOF grass. Simple and very effective :toast:

Very striking. Love the contrast between the texture and colour of the bird and the surrounding, muted hues.

Excellent! I was equally inspired by Pete's shot and I was also trying to do the same with a goose at the weekend. It is really is very difficult to achieve and this is vastly superior to anything I managed - very well done.
