Hi all,

I'm not sure whether this is anyone's cup of tea, but it was pretty much the look I was after today so I thought I'd post it...

techs: 183mm, 1/60, f 10, iso 200.
Bit of canvas added right and bottom to give hime some more room to fly into, and an increase in contrast

c&c welcome as always - please don't hold back!

I can't say why but it kinda works for me.. So yes I like it.. I might be inclined to tone down the feet a little as they really draw the eye. Something different and I look forward to more.

Kind regards,

Brett :toast:

Thats a really good image. You can see the movement as it lands....very artistic!

Great concept Billy but I just feel that if there was something sharp in the pic it would help.
Can see what you're after though.
cheers John

Thanks for all the comments! John, I agree about a bit of sharpness - The next one in the burst had the head sharper, but unfortunately the legs and wings were clipped. I'll give it another go!

Yep I like the idea. If the head were slightly sharper that would only improve matters and give the image a touch more impact but its a style that's well worth working on

Yes I like the idea and agree that it needs something a little sharper in the frame. Definitely worth pursuing.

Cheers

I really like this - sharp bit or not. It's got a great sense of movement to it. Nice one :toast:
