on Wednesday evening. Any areas still blooming? looking for dogwoods (too late?) or rhododendrons. Will, of course, be shooting falls and streams as well.
Thanks for any updates!

I'd say your still a bit early for rhodies. I was there early part of last week and the dogwoods where hit and miss then, so I cant really help. You'll have no problem with streams and falls though plenty of water this year!!

I think the rhodos pop in early to mid June--Larry

My wife and I spent Friday-Saturday-Sunday in GSMNP (Roaring Fork and Cades Cove). The dogwoods were well into bloom, maybe just passing their prime. Trillium was blooming, saw bear and cub in Cades Cove around 11:00 on Saturday along with fox and turkey. There was quite a few people there, some large tour groups so getting shots without people in the background required some patience. It was a great weekend!
