Another Skagit Valley Tulip Take
Headed to the Skagit Valley tulip fields with some fellow FMers on Sunday, never again on a weekend what a complete zoo.

Comments, Feedback suggestions on comp , processing appreciated
Thanks for looking

This is my favorite of your tulip shots so far. Even though the lighting is harsh I like the transluscent backlit effect created in the red tulips. My only suggestion would be to simplify the composition by cropping tigher, in particular, to remove the darker ones in the background.

Very good for such harsh light. Makes the tulips graphic in an appealing way.

Excellent exposure and processing. The dark tulips on top provide a nice backdrop for the bright, backlit ones. I like the comp just as is.

This is your best yet Ray, IMO.... love the transparent effect the light has on the petals.

The varying translucency is very interesting, and nicely captured. I like the comp, but feel that a crop from the top and right to eliminate the darker tulips would be a slight improvement.

The backlighting works fantastic here, great shot.
