#5 & 6 are my favorites. You captured the stream as perfect as it can be. I wouldn't change a thing. All the colors are so realistic. Dead-on.

The dogwood didn't do anything for me either. It's just to buried in the clutter.

#4 Roark Bluff is awesome, but may be a little too blue for my taste. You were able to get more of the sunset color out of the sky than I did.

Some day I'm going to learn how to stitch. Your stuff looks so good!

Gale...Nice job on you your shots...I'll let you sit by me anytime! My favorite is probably #5...I love how you were able to pull the shadows under the ledge, very nice comp. It's coming across a little cool for my personal taste, but that's just me...I usually lean to the warm side..Nice meeting you and I love your work..The website is great btw!

Gale, I always enjoy seeing your panos. I think I like you first shot at Broadwater Hollow is the best, it just looks so peaceful. The Roark Bluff pano at river level is a close second for me. What was the average number of shots that you used in this group of panos?

Thanks for the nice comments Mike and Karla, #4 is to blue. I choice daylight as the WB. I think the shadow of the bright sunset and time of day was also part of the reason. I may redo that one sometime. Exactly what I thought about the dogwood also, they are difficult to shoot wide in the woods. Smith Creek was my favorite spot of the weekend by the way.

Thanks Tom, most of my stitched images average 5 or 6. I think that's about what these were. I usually have an extra image between each one I choice in case one of them has a problem. The more an image overlaps the more pixels are wasted. So I really don't count the amount of images that much. The high end is 9 to 12 images. I just shoot what I like. Always shoot your panos a little wider you can always crop them a little.

Gale, this is one of the best shots I've seen of Broadwater. I wouldn't change a thing.

Gale - your images are always such a rich feast for the eyes. The richness of the colors and contrast are always just right. You obviously take a great deal of care in both your shooting and processing. The results clearly show that.

Gale, I agree with Bill about this shot. I didn't get one shot from that waterfall that I like from this weekend. On my previous visit a few years back, I had a little better luck, but had pretty much decided this location is not very photogenic. This image blows that theory away. Excellent job!

Good work my friend! The one you posted really conveys the essence of the area in general. But my favorites are #5 & #6 ... sweet! You're the pano king. Glad you were able to make it to the gathering and help make it a success.

Great shots, Gale. The shot you posted above is actually my favorite. The waterfall appears to float above the ground. I also like # 5 & # 6. Great work!!
