It is snowing, 26 today but this is what spring in Montana is all about. These horses are being moved to their summer pasture through the town of Willow Creek, Montana.

Very nice Juanita. Don't you just love Montana in the spring? 60 degrees one day and 12 inches of snow the next.

Thanks for looking Steve! This is my first experience with Montana in the spring. We moved here from Florida last November so it has been an experience. Friends and family back home can't believe it is snowing at the end of April! They were quite concerned about the "blizzard conditions" they heard about on news. I can't believe the photo ops here (I live in Whitehall) - now that we are "moved in" I hope to get out more.

Hi Juanita, nice shot! I love the stock drives in ranch country that come right down highways and through towns. I like you depth-of-field choice here. The blue in the lady's shirt and whip is a little electric to my eye, though.

Enjoy life in Whitehall. I went to Middle and High School in Bozeman, and took southwest Montana completely for granted, of course. If I knew then what I know now....
