It's been a long journey after selling my first DSLR, the Olympus E-1. After trying other cameras I finally settled with the actual E-1 I sold to the guy who was willing to sell it back to me. Coupled with a brand new 12-60 (24-120) lens as of Monday, I am happily shooting again. I took these this morning after dropping my daughter off at school. Thanks for looking. Larger versions can be seen on my flickr page.
I do envy Oly shooters that lens. I'm a sucker for river shots, and I like the braiding and stones in the bed here. It's not a jaw-dropper with the houses and power lines, but it's a good honest shot of great Colorado scenery.
Thanks for looking and commenting. I agree, the river shot isn't the best, but I was just so excited to get out and shoot that I shot something halfway nature-oriented as fast as I could.
