Hi,

I've finally gotten off my butt and have processed and uploaded some images to my photoportfolios.net gallery. I would REALLY appreciate some responses/criticism on which images don't make the cut, and should be ELIMINATED from the portfolio.

My images are posted at the following address:

Thanks in advance for any comments/criticism!

Looks good.

The processing of "Walker Creek Aspens" could be better, making it sharper and more detail rich. The light and colours in it are great though, so it is worth keeping it in your portfolio.
If I were forced to cut out one, of the ones that I did look at, it'd probably be "Tree & Pinnacles", which isn't bad, but just doesn't connect with me.

I picked out the same images Kenn did before looking at the names of the images. Those are probably the two weakest images you have up.

Overall, the portfolio looks quite good.

Thank you both for the critiques! I sincerely appreciate it. And I am completely open to harsh criticism - if something sucks, tell me it sucks! I want to get better and truly grow as a photographer. And I'm the first to admit that I like landscape photography, but I am lousy at it! I'm a little better at macro work. I keep trying though.

I find it curious how I can find the most nitpicky things in other images, and have a good ability to fine tune composition in them, but I have a really hard time being discriminating with my own. I hope this ability grows in time, too.

Thanks again!

And please keep the comments coming!

I would add Hat Creek Rapid to the list above. Its quite dark and lacks detail. Really like your flowers never tried macro work myself.
